1) Microsoft Word Format. This copy will be visually appealing, suitable for printing, mailing, faxing or hand delivery. You can also make adjustments to this version at any time, either to customize your objective or to re-position yourself for alternative jobs.

2) Scannable Resume. This is the "plain vanilla" version of your resume that can be easily read and interpreted by scanning technology. We will strip the document of bold print, italics, multiple columns and odd fonts that aren't easily interpreted by OCR software.

3) ASCII (Text) Format. The text from this version can easily be pasted into the body of an email message, or into online job applications and resume bank forms. Although unattractive, the text version is also 100% scannable.


The Process:

Each client will submit a detailed form containing the information we need to draft your resume. This includes a brief summary of your personal history, your academic and work background and your outside activities and achievements.

We will also probe your thoughts on the position to which you aspire. We will write your resume from the employer's perspective, emphasizing the key skills expected in your area of expertise. Within 72 hours of receiving your information, we will return a professionally-drafted resume, cover letter and post-interview thank you note.
